Usually a present to yourself

Unlike most of the range, this one is bought more often by the athlete than by somebody buying for the athlete. It tends to arrive after a decision rather than after a result — the entry paid, the coach hired, the season committed to.

The men's cut of the design, in four widths. If it is going up before the first medal arrives, the rail is what makes that work: an empty bar looks like a bar, not like an empty rack.

Bought before the season starts, this often goes up with nothing on it. A continuous rail is what makes that look deliberate rather than empty.

These are the sizes available. If it is a present and you are guessing, guess upwards — a display that is slightly too big still looks right.

The steel, and why it matters

Every medal display in the range is AISI 304 — the same grade used for kitchen surfaces and marine fittings — at 2.5-3 mm depending on width. It doesn't rust, doesn't chip, and doesn't need looking after.

The bar is continuous. That's the whole difference from a hook rack: hooks give you a fixed count, a rail gives you a length.

Fitting it to the wall

Comes with stainless standoffs, fixings and a paper drilling template. On plasterboard use proper anchors rather than the plugs supplied — a full display is heavier than it looks.

Adding a second one

Most people eventually do. Mounted directly under or beside the first, the pair reads as a single wall rather than two separate displays. The widest version holds up to 110 medals across three rails.

When it arrives

Each medal hanger is made to order in the EU and leaves within 3–5 working days. Fourteen days to change your mind once it is in your hands.
