A dancer competing regularly can come home from a single weekend with four or five, across reel, jig, hornpipe and set. Two seasons of that outgrows anything a runner accumulates in a decade.
Which makes sizing the important decision here, more than the design. Whatever is currently in the bag, assume it doubles within eighteen months, and buy for the number after that.
Feis medals are usually small and light, so more of them fit per centimetre of rail than the table assumes for road medals.
This medal holder comes in the widths listed here. For a gift, err wide — nobody has ever complained about too much room.

Why stainless steel, not painted sheet metal
The medal hanger is cut from AISI 304 stainless steel (V2A / 1.4301), 2.5-3 mm thick depending on the width. Not painted sheet metal that chips at the first knock.
And it holds a continuous rail, not hooks. Twelve hooks means twelve medals. A rail holds as many as fit.
Mounting
Everything is in the box: stainless standoffs, screws, wall plugs and a paper template. Mark through the template, drill, done — about ten minutes.
Adding a second one
Most people eventually do. Mounted directly under or beside the first, the pair reads as a single wall rather than two separate displays. The widest version holds up to 110 medals across three rails.
